An inspirational documentary that is full of emotional testimonies from many young African American males , whose Lives were diverted from the path that leads to prison or an early grave and who went on to lead positive and productive lives.

In this powerful documentary, Retired Sheriff’s Deputy, Donald Northcross (Founder of the O.K. Program) explains why he started the O.K. Program back in 1990… when he was a full time sheriff’s deputy, how the Program works, what makes it effective and how it can change an entire community.

The O.K. Program became a national organization in the spring of 2005 and is now addressing the crisis of young African American males in cities throughout the country.
